Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities in the market - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage sales activities - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong account management and customer service skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
